Mortgage advisers are free (most of the time)

Mortgage advisers get paid a commission from the bank when they organise a mortgage for you.

That's why most of the time, a mortgage adviser won't charge you when giving advice.

There are some cases where there could be a fee. For example, if you are a property developer or if you are using a non-bank lender.

But we will let you know if there is a cost before we charge you any money.
